I’m actually almost full circle on sharks. Started out hating them because they are man eaters with no compassion for human life, but now I respect the shit out of them. 20 feet long, 5,000 pounds, strike when you don’t expect it, high five you when you do. Unstoppable forces of nature who spent all summer taking back the beach from the humans. Have to tip your cap to them for that. We counted them out, and they started fighting back. They are my sworn enemy, but if we ever need to go to war against the grizzly bears, I want the sharks on my side (we’ll figure out the whole land/sea thing later).
