Maple Leafs Goalie Jonathan Bernier Talking About How Good Of a Hockey Player Nelson Mandela Was On and Off The Ice Has Me In Tears

I haven’t cringed and cried watching a video since Michael Scott’s dinner party. I had to stop the video 4 times because it hurt to watch. Absolutely hysterical. The second Bernier talks about Mandela “off the ice” I lost it. Just picturing Nelson Mandela as a hockey player has to be the funniest thing in the world. And to his credit, Bernier did a great job..if Nelson Mandela had played hockey. Not really even his fault he botched this. He’s a hockey player. All he’s known since birth is hockey. How was he really supposed to know? I think he knocked it out of the park.
