Picture was taken in either DC or Baltimore. I guess these mario raccoon tails were hot for a day in 2008, but are making a comeback. So where are raccoon tails hot in the streets again? The “City That Reads”, Baltimore, or the “city that tourists visit to bitch about the humidity and have you take their pictures with war memorials, before they go home to tell everyone how much they hated it”, DC.
