Miss Illinois Vs. Miss Massachusetts From Last Night's Miss America Competition, Who Ya Got?

So last night was Miss America, and naturally they promoted the Miss Illinois vs Miss Massachusetts, Blackhawks vs Bruins angle. Ultimately neither chick won, Miss Illinois finished higher for the record, so because we didn’t have a declared winner I thought who better to choose then the greatest panel of judges ever created, Stoolies. So lets put it to a vote.
