I feel like anywhere else and this is an outrage but in Milwaukee it plays. That’s the beauty of Milwaukee, permanently 20 years behind the rest of the country. They haven’t gotten to the 2015 moral outrage thing yet, that’s ways away. In Milwaukee it’s still cool to be fat, or let your kid get fucked up at a baseball game, or say a few off color jokes from time to time. What’s the worst that could happen to this kid anyway? The peak of his life is taking his shirt off and singing “Bang on the drum all day” at Lambeau. We all know that you don’t need brain cells to reach that goal, he’ll be just fine.
Credit where credit is due, if you have never seen a game at Miller Park, it’s actually a great time. They tailgate like it’s a football game, the stadium is cool, they have a great downtown casino, and of course it’s always fun to spend City money in a suburb like Milwaukee. I give Milwaukee shit but it’s a great place to visit, minus all the Packer fans, so basically everyone.
