Does This Look Like A Couple Caught Having Sex On Top Of A Chipotle?

NEWARK, Del. (CBS) — A couple was arrested after police say they had sex on the roof of a restaurant in Delaware. The bizarre incident happened at about 9:40 p.m. Saturday at the Chipotle restaurant on East Main Street in Newark. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. and was still open for business. R

When an officer arrived, he was on the opposite side of the street and clearly observed the couple engaging in sexual intercourse on the roof at the very front of the Chipotle building. The officer told the couple to stop, but police say they continued for approximately 15-20 seconds before stopping. The officer told the couple they were under arrest, but investigators say the pair got off the roof and ran into the male’s apartment on East Main Street. Police located the couple in the apartment and they were taken into custody.

The male suspect has been identified as 39-year-old Michael Suh of Newark, Delaware. The female has been identified as 27-year-old Nicole Germack, also of Newark. Both are facing charges of Resisting Arrest, Lewdness, Indecent Exposure, Loitering and Conspiracy. Both were released after receiving $1,800 unsecured bond.

Now I’m sure most of PC America will shake their head at these two. Perverted! Disgusting! Sex offenders! But if you’re a normal guy you can only see this one way. Michael Suh is just living the dream. 39 year old average looking dude still banging chicks out on top of Chipotles. Basically living life like he’s still in college. And yeah Nicole Germack may not be the hottest chick in the world (I’m 99.9% sure she has grey eyeballs) but that’s not the point. If you’re pushing 40 and you’re still getting random chicks to fuck you then you’re doing just fine. In your bed, at a hotel, on top of a chipotle, it doesn’t matter.
