Did James Harden Choke Or Did Steph Curry And Klay Thompson Play Great Defense?

The million dollar question. What in the hell was James Harden doing? In the moment I instantly thought that he absolutely choked. I still don’t understand how you don’t go to the rim knowing the refs will most likely give you a foul. But the more and more I watched it, it may have just been unbelievable defensive awareness by Steph and Klay. To trap Harden hard and not allow him the opportunity to get to the basket. Pass it to Dwight Howard who I desperately wish had taken the shot just so we all could have laughed and laughed and laughed some more and back to Harden and the game is over. Well not totally over, James Hardo still needed to do some work on those poor curtains.

Chief will be getting into the extremely disappointing Blackhawks loss last night (it sucked, a lot) but if you aren’t also watching this series with your other eye you’re missing out. James Harden and Steph Curry went a combined 26 for 42 from the field, 38 and 33 points respectively. A mano y mano match up for the ages, and to be honest watching Steph Curry play basketball may be a top 5 sports experience on the enjoyability scale, he’s that damn good. Just an unreal series and I can now safely say, a once in a lifetime type of talent.
