What's Up With This Local TV Ad Warning Black Kids To Pull Up Their Pants or Go To Prison?

This ad has been on TV a ton lately.   The Black Mental Health alliance telling black kids to respect themselves and pull their pants up.   I can’t tell if I’d be insulted if I was black?  I wonder what Mo thinks?  I mean white kids wear their pants around their ankles too. Just look at the Biebs.   Kid’s pants are around his ankles half the time and he’s an icon.  Nobody is threatening him with jail time.   Just seems like there are better things for the Black Alliance to be spending money on than threatening kids with 3 years in state prison for wearing saggy jeans.  But then again I’m a white jewish guy so what do I know?

PS – Must be so embarrassing to get thrown in the state pen with saggy jeans.  Impossible not become somebody’s bitch that way.
