Look I don’t care where this story came from. I don’t care if it’s the National Enquirer or Barstool LA. The fact that Ted Cruz actually had to publicly defend his family from claims that his father, Rafael Cruz, was involved with Lee Harvey Oswald and the JFK assassination is yet another easy win for Trump. EASY. Over the last week Indiana looks like prez golfing against the Boston office.
You can’t win playing on the defensive, playing back on your heels all game. Cruz’s wife had to yesterday deny claims that he’s the Zodiac Killer; today he’s battling to clear his dad’s name in a presidential assassination? Have some pride, Ted. Have some honor. Have some offense and maybe someday you can stay on message.
