Sox Vs. Cards Game 2 World Series Live Blog

I get a bad rap sometimes for being a Homer.  People claim that I only say the Boston team is going to win no matter what. Well that couldn’t be further from the truth. It just so happens that Boston has been pretty much better at everybody at everything for the past decade. For example I said the Sox would win by 100 last night and I was right.  Tonight is a different ball game. Michael Wacha is in beast mode plain and simple. I don’t care that he’s been pitching against the sisters of the poor in NL.  Those guys still get paid too.  And when you give up 2 hits a game for the past 2 months you are on a roll.  I’d be stunned if the Sox get to him like they got to Wainwright.  This is gonna be more like one of those ALCS games vs. Schertzer or Verlander. The good news is that this is the only chance the Cards have to win game. If they lose tonight it’s sweep city. If not it’s probably 4-1.  Having said all that….
