Sox Take Out A Full Page Ad Thanking St. Louis For Letting Us Kick Their Ass

I guess this is like a thing now?   When you win a Championship you write a letter to the other city thanking them for being gracious losers or something.  The Blackhawks did it to us.  Now we’re doing it to St. Louis.  And just like I said last time around I don’t think this is fucking classy or the right thing to do .  That’s why I love it here.  This is  rubbing it in in my book. It feels like we’re petting Cardinals fans on the heads and giving them a gold star from the teacher.   “Like good dog. Good boy.  Way to be well behaved.  Way to peacefully be cuckholded by us.”   So arrogant and condescending.  Just twisting the knife.  We beat you and now we’re going to treat you like an infant. It would be like the North writing the South a letter after the Civil War and telling them they did a good job as the entire South burns.  It’s great when you’re the city writing em.  Not so great when you’re on the receiving end of the mockery.
