San Francisco Wouldn't Be Standing Right Now If It Wasn't For BatKid
So for those of you who don’t know the story, a 5 year old named Miles Scott was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 18 months old and his Make-A-Wish was to be Batman. So, San Francisco did just that. They basically shut down the city for him today and had the whole day planned out where he ran around with Batman, rode in a Batmobile, saved a damsel in distress, stopped the Riddler from robbing a bank, and rescue the Giants mascot from the Penguin. Along with the plan, 1,000s of people showed up to cheer BatKid on from the streets. Pictures have been all over Twitter and needless to say, they’re awesome.
Him waiting with his little brother, Robin, will basically make you want to cry your eyes out
What’s he supposed to do, save the world in a Hyundai?
About 90% sure BatKid could kick my ass
#BEASTMODE
Rescuing the damsel in distress… WHERE IS SHE?!
The Riddler thought he was slick…
But obviously he was no match for BatKid either
KAPOW!
“Damn, BatKid foiled my plan again”
Quick lunch break. Ever tried saving the city on an empty stomach? Almost impossible.
Penguin’s next, he brought a gun to a superhero fight. No bueno.
Oh shit, the Penguin just kidnapped the SF Giants mascot, Lou Seal. No, I don’t know why their mascot is a seal
Don’t worry, BatKid obviously saved his life
BatKid SAVES CITY!
