What do we need to do to get this set up? A heads up match between you two. We know you don’t have the funds to make it interesting enough for Dave to play you heads up, so we can back you. Split everything 50/50 after initial investment is recouped on our end. Is that a fair trade in the poker world? we can easily rig a poker table with go pros and play heads up poker for cash and make it interesting like on tv. i can probably/very likely find backing so we’re playing for decent enough stakes. that way you can go to breeders cup and we still get content (that we control with our own cameras and dont have to bring to aruba and play with other people) out of the poker thing. thoughts?
So here is what happened with this. Yesterday I get an email from a Stoolie telling me about how his buddy is trying to stake Nate to play me in heads up poker tournament. How it’s the perfect solution for him and I to settle our score and for me to still go to Breeders Cup. Literally 2 minutes later Natedog hits me up with the exact plan the other guy proposed playing all coy like it’s his master plan. How he may be able to get backing, blah, blah, blah. Yeah of course you can get backing Nate cause the guy who came up with your plan already said he’s back you. Great lesson though for the Nate Dog before he moves to NY. Assume I know everything you know and more at all times.
Now as far as this heads up thing goes? Nate if you figure out a way to get a table we can play at that people can watch and see the cards via live stream and shit I’m 1,000% in. If not I may go to the World Series of Poker and play in the main event just because I can.
