One of the great things about baseball is that it has been around for almost 200 years, and you can still witness something that has never been done before.
Personally, I have never seen a catcher try to throw out a runner at third base, and then throw a baseball into a right-handed batter’s stomach, but that’s exactly what PawSox journeyman catcher Humberto Quintero did on Saturday. The best part of the whole video is how he looks at the umpire like the batter was an asshole for being in the way. Guy shouldn’t have been standing there.
