Padraig Harrington Does The Happy Gilmore Drive During The Long Drive Contest At Valhalla

Remember him?  Padraig Harrington?  The guy who won the 20007 and 2008 British Opens and the 2008 PGA Championship and then fell off the face of the fucking Earth?  Yep, that Padraig Harrington. Well here he is back in the spotlight for…..doing the Happy Gilmore drive during the Longest Drive Contest at Valhalla.  Love it.  Show me one person who golfs and hasn’t drunkenly tried the Happy Gilmore drive on multiple occasions and I’ll show you a liar/the least fun person you’ve ever met in your life.  It’s too tempting not to do.  It usually fails miserably but that one time you nail it is worth it ten times over. Padraig has it down.

PS- Harrington was on David Feherty’s wildly awesome show “Feherty” a couple weeks back and he was an absolute delight.  Super smart, funny and just an interesting guy.  I highly recommend checking it out.
