Michigan Loses A Heartbreaker And Because I'm A Michigan Man I Refuse To Blame It On the Refs

Tonight was not a good college basketball game.  It was a great college basketball game.  One of the best title games of all time.  The best in recent memory by a mile.  The world has Michigan to thank for that.  Now unfortunately I’m sure lots of unbiased observers are going to say the refs ruined this game and basically stole it from Michigan.  Well since Michigan Men don’t make excuses I’m not going to mention the three god awful calls that went against Michigan that clearly cost them the game.  I won’t mention the fact that the Louisville’s most important player Luke Hancock clearly should have picked up his 4th foul with over 10 minutes to go which would have altered the rest of the game.  I won’t mention the absolute momentum killer foul called on the Trey Burke block which was as clean a block as you’ll ever see in the history of college basketball.  And finally I won’t mention the unbelievable missed over the back call with 1 minute left in the game that should have put Trey Burke on the line with a chance to cut it to 2 with 1 minute left.   Nope I won’t mention any of those 3 atrocious unexplainable missed calls that critics and analysts will say cost Michigan the game.  I won’t do it. Michigan Men are above that type of shit.  Instead I’ll just say congratulations to Louisville.  They deserved it.  It was a great college basketball game between two great teams and I hope Rick Pitino lasts longer than 15 seconds tonight in his celebratory fuck session.

PS – Did John Beilein have a brain aneurysm in the last minute?   He could have extended that game at least 3 more possessions.
