I Blame That ND Loss On Mike Brey
Heartbreaking loss for the Irish and they have nobody to blame but themselves or more specifically Mike Brey. I just don’t get how they didn’t change things up on Karl Antohony Towns. They literally just let him do the same thing over and over and over again. He’s catch the ball in the paint, back Zach Auguste and his 4 fouls down and basically get an uncontested layup. A LAYUP. He wasn’t hitting hard shots. They were shots he’d make 1,000% of the time. Every single trip down the floor was like ground hog day. People are asking what I would have done differently. Umm anything. Double him, make somebody else shoot. Switch offense for defense so you could actually have the defender play defense without worrying about fouling out. But instead it was literally the same thing like 10 times in a row in the 2nd half. Just way too easy. The fact ND never tried to do anything differently was borderline surreal. If you even take away 1 or 2 of those buckets it’s a game changer. It was horrible coaching plain and simple. Anybody who disagrees is a fool and a moron of the highest order.
