Everyone Making This YouTube Prankster Go Viral For Getting Kicked Off A Delta Flight Is A Fucking Idiot

Look maybe this is real and maybe it isn’t (it very probably isn’t). I don’t know. But the fact that this has 240,000 retweets right now is OUT-RAGEOUS. Why is it outrageous? Because fucking none of those people are acknowledging the fact that Adam Saleh is a goddamn YouTube prankster who just last week did an airline prank about putting himself in luggage, or some bullshit like that. I don’t not believe Adam because he speaks Arabic, I don’t believe him because being a YouTube prankster makes you the boy who cried wolf in absolutely every situation. Sorry, but I’m not gonna blindly believe the guy whose profession is to be an asshole and then say, “Hey man it’s just a prank! It’s just a prank!”

But the best part here, the sweetest, richest irony of all, is the fact that this is going viral by the same exact people who’ve been freaking out about fake news for a month. The same fucking people who tried to tell us that having a Twitter account basically gave you the same responsibility as a journalist, that every story must be vetted and double checked before sharing, are the ones who are in a rush to make this one go viral. The same folks who laughed at their uncle for sharing some story on Facebook about Hillary having Parkinson’s are the one’s who couldn’t smash that RT on this fast enough. People who said, “You were so easily duped because you wanted it to be true!” saw white people being mean and HAD to share it with a #StopWhitePeople2016 hashtag, or whatever, to prove that they’re woke. No reason to look into it, it’s not fake news, it’s just a prank! Just a prank!

Maybe it’s real, maybe it’s not, but forgive me if I’m gonna give Delta the benefit of the doubt here and wait until they make a statement about @omgAdamSaleh the YouTube prankster.
