Does This Look Like the Face of An Attleboro Dude Arrested For Celebrating The End of His Probation Too Hard?

ATTLEBORO — Police say a bar patron at a local restaurant celebrating the completion of his probation for drunken driving vandalized the bathroom after the bartender shut him off. Police officers Leo Fontaine and Michael Nagy were dispatched to the Singapore Restaurant at 107 Pleasant St. around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a disorderly patron.Police say David MacKinnon was drinking at the restaurant to celebrate completing his probation Tuesday and got angry when the bartender shut him off. The owner told police he heard noises from the bathroom after MacKinnon went inside and then discovered the dividers separating the urinals ripped off the wall, damaging the wall tiles.

Listen I don’t know what type of chop shop the Singapore Restaurant is running in Attleboro, but you don’t shut off a guy whose probation period just ended. That’s just rude. I mean this is a special night. If the guy wants to drink himself into a coma then you let him. As long as he doesn’t drive he’s good to go. So I’d be ripping urinals off the wall too if I were him.
