Does This Look Like The Face Of A Dude Who Mailed Dead Skunks To A Rival Teacher Who Beat Him Out For A Job?

DM – An Indiana man passed over for a coaching and teaching position allegedly mailed four dead skunks and a dead raccoon to the person who was hired in his stead. Travis Tarrants, 40, of West Baden Springs, was charged Tuesday in Jackson Circuit Court with two counts each of stalking, intimidation and criminal mischief. He was being held without bond. Tarrants began harassing the successful applicant because he was chosen over Tarrants for a basketball coaching position and fourth-grade teaching job at the Springs Valley School Corp. in French Lick, WISH-TV reported. One of the packages intercepted at a post office contained a dead raccoon and a message that said, ‘Resign! It Will Not Stop,’ court documents said.

Listen I can’t condone this move but I also can’t uncondone it. I mean the guy was pissed. He wanted this job. And not let’s just act like this was any old basketball coaching job. We’re talking French Lick Indiana. That’s Larry Bird country. Jobs like these don’t just grow on trees. So yeah he sent a couple dead skunks and a dead racoon to the guy who they picked over him. Big whoop. If you want to criticize him for anything criticize him for not sending the dead animals to the school administrator who didn’t pick him instead. To me that’s who deserves to be intimidated not the guy who beat him out.
