Dion Phaneuf, Elisha Cuthbert and Joffrey Lupul Are Suing TSN For Airing A Tweet That Said Lupol Banged Cuthbert

“On behalf of our clients Dion Phaneuf, his wife Elisha Cuthbert and Joffrey Lupul, we have sent a letter to TSN demanding that TSN issue a formal apology and pay a significant amount of damages to each of our clients for broadcasting a false and defamatory tweet during their trade deadline show yesterday. We are sending a similar letter to the author of the tweet, Mr. Anthony Adragna. “It is bad enough that there are people who spend their time using social media to publish such false and malicious stories, but it is made much worse when a reputable media outlet like TSN gives broad circulation and credibility to these false stories by republishing them as TSN did. “If TSN and Mr. Adragna do not immediately comply with the demands set out in our letters, we have instructions from our clients to immediately commence a lawsuit against them. “Our clients will not be discussing this matter with the media. Any questions should be directed to the undersigned.”

Seriously though I feel kinda bad for this dude who wrote the tweet. Like he’s just minding his own business being a harmless troll and then TSN has to go publish his tweet and all hell breaks out. Trolls just can’t catch a break lately.
Also as a sidenote I love the lawsuit here by Phaneuf, Cuthbert and Lupul. Because this tweet did matter. Like I am 100% convinced Lupul fucked Cuthbert and it’s hot as shit. Just the thought of Elisha being a dirty little whore gets me all revved up. This is the only way to plant a seed of doubt that it didn’t happen. You got to go to the mattresses. But without knowing anything about this I still think Cuthbert and Lupul did the deed and are just going through the motions here. I mean what are they gonna say when Phaneuf says he wants to sue? That they don’t want to? Red flag city. (Sidenote – The only reason why I think it’s true is because I want it to be true and it has nothing to do with the players involved. It’s all Team Cuthbert being nasty)

Also while this lawsuit threat is cute and all, TSN has to know there is no way they’d ever file a defamation suit. No hockey player would ever agree to that. Then you get your entire personal life put on the stand. No thanks. Puckslut secrets like you read about.
