Comcast Is the Biggest Bunch Of Scumbag Crook Fucks On the Planet

 
If you don’t want to hear a rant blog don’t read this one, but I’m fucking pissed. I just moved. Haven’t had cable since Friday. Literally no TV all weekend. Today was the day those lying fucks at Comcast were supposed to show up to install it. My appointment was from 1-3pm. At 4pm I called and said nobody had showed up yet. A lady told me that according to her notes they tried to show up at 1pm on the dot but nobody was here. Weird because I’ve literally been sitting here all fucking day next to the door. But to their credit they did describe what our place looked like and our door bell is broken so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The lady said they would be back at 5pm. This time I gave her my cell phone number and told her the doorbell was broken so just to knock loud or call me. Well 6pm rolls around and it’s crickets again. This is where it gets good. The person I speak to this time says that they showed up again, but they were somehow given the wrong cell phone number so they couldn’t reach me. Umm the only problem with that story is my cell phone number has been posted next to the doorbell all fucking day with a note that says I’m inside and to call. Guess how many times Comcast called me today? If you guess none you win. So let me ask you this Comcast? If you showed up at my door how did you call the wrong number when the right number was posted right there? The answer is you are lying scumbags. Nobody ever showed up because it would have been impossible to dial the wrong number. Even the Comcast rep on the phone agreed somebody must have lied.

So what do I get for sitting here with a thumb up my ass all day long? 20 fucking bucks and they offer to reschedule it like they are doing me a huge favor. Like I should be doing the fucking Howdy Doody dance for 20 fucking bucks. How big of a fucking insult is that? Take your fucking 20 bucks and choke on it you lying fucking scumbags. But don’t worry I can reschedule the appointment tomorrow and sit here with a thumb up my ass all day again hoping they actually show the fuck up. So frustrating. And the worst part is they don’t even give a fuck. If I got caught flat lying to my customers and then did nothing to fix it I’d be out of business in 10 seconds.  But these fucks have zero accountability.  They know they are a monopoly.  They don’t care if you take a day off from work.  Zero fucks given.  They act like they’re doing me a favor letting me reschedule this debacle all over again. FUCK THESE COCKSUCKERS.

PS – I didn’t reschedule my appointment because I couldn’t give that smug fucker on the phone the satisfaction of knowing he’s got me by the balls. So now I’m just sitting in fucking darkness like an asshole.
