C: Salvador Perez — His fourth All Star selection. Leads all American League catchers in WAR (2.0), hits (74), second in home runs (12).

1B: Eric Hosmer — His first All Star selection. Royals fans being Royals fans. Should’ve been Edwin Encarnacion. Anyway, Eric Hosmer is second among AL first basemen in batting average (.303), fourth in doubles (18), seventh in home runs (13).
