In another situation, I’d be fully prepared to only hate the guy in the green shirt and his try-hard “I’m her friend! Lol no I could never date her! She’s like a sister I spend every minute thinking about and trying to keep other men away from” shtick that totally escalated the situation when the big man was only going to give the dancing girl a twirl. And it was so obvious she wanted nothing to do with green shirt as he danced around her in an effort to make it look like they were together. But fuck Bruce Arians in the cargo shorts for thinking he had any shot at charming his Buddha belly onto this chick. Him feeling the need to come back over and grab at the girl along with that premeditated cheap shot from his buddy on green shirt was such an entitled move, like him getting denied one second of dancing with this young chick was anything more than her being your average chick looking for a moment of ironic attention. Total dick move from an old fat guy who wasn’t really in the game in the first place.
That said if you’re going to be a butthurt old man, calling in some other dude to do your dirty work is kind of a boss move. He basically summoned that guy in the fedora over like a Pokemon, got to see a dude pissing him off knocked out, and he got a little plausible deniability without getting his hands dirty in the process. After seeing that, you just know who the alpha male back at their dominoes table is. He probably does that thing where he taps the top of the other guys’ Corona bottles to make it foam over all the time and they all laugh and laugh. Still no chance at railing the hot dancing chick but at least he has respect from his peers and shorts full of pockets, that’s something.
