There's A Family Of Attractive Surfing Girls Being Called The 'Aussie Kardashians' And I Had No Choice But To Blog This
Yahoo7 – Just like the Kardashians the Coffeys have several attractive sisters and one brother.
But unlike the famous reality TV stars the Coffeys are gaining attention for their surfing skills.
22-year-old Elli-Jean and 17-year-old sister Holly-Daze are ‘Insta-famous’ – along with their siblings Jackson (21), Ruby-Lee (16) and Bonnie-Lou (13) they have more than 1 million followers.
Speaking to Sunrise on Monday morning, the sisters said they have no problem being compared to the Kardashians.
“We obviously can see why we’re compared because of the whole family unit but obviously we’re talented,” Ellie-Jean says with a laugh. “We’re not fabulously wealthy either.”
At long last, some sports content on Barstool SPORTS dot com in the hot field of female surfing. And they’re legit athletes with sponsorships and pro surfing careers or potential pro careers in the works. So it seems like in some respects it’s doing a civic duty for all of us to show this inspirational tale. I won’t be as quick to insult the Kardashians or, more specifically, my precious Kylie Jenner, as other media outlets may be but you’ve got to applaud these girls for being able to do both parts of the game at the same time.
It’s going to take a lot more to being Kardashians than a few hundred thousand Instagram followers given how they’ve got reality shows, games, makeup, (sex tapes), all sorts of ancillary revenues. But the oldest and only legal sister to post Ellie-Jean is off to a hot start with at least the Instagram part:
