Kansas State Upsets Kansas In Manhattan, Students Storm Court and Start Demolishing KU Players and Bill Self

There’s only one thing worse than getting upset in a huge game against a rival on their home court.  Getting upset by a rival in a huge game against a rival on their home court and having their fans sprint onto the court in masses and punch your ass in the face.  Nothing to make the mental sting of the loss hurt more than the actual sting of a two handed shove to the mouth from some drunk bro.

Meanwhile poor Bill Self got god damn stampeded over there.

Hate to say it but he’s right.  I’ve never been anti-court storming, not even close (in situations where it was obviously deserved).  Nothing better than seeing all the players celebrating with the student body at half court after a massive win, that’s what makes college sports great.  But if you can’t do it without hitting players and trampling them and shoving coaches into the stands then that’s just kind of messed up.
