FBI Robbery Suspect Known As “Butter” Arrested In Jacksonville

Suspect Dwayne Winans was being sought by the FBI and New Orleans PD for an August 4, 2016 bank robbery in which he disguised himself as a woman wearing a long wig and bright lipstick. He was considered armed and dangerous. On Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 7:55 p.m. the suspect was spotted by JSO at the Greyhound bus station located at 10 N. Pearl Street. He was taken into custody by police without incident.

On first glance, I’ll be honest and say no that it doesn’t look like the face of a guy who disguised himself as a woman wearing a long wig and bright lipstick. It just doesn’t. Why? Because I’m shocked that a guy with that complexion is bold enough to wear a bright lipstick. My friend here is a ginger and everybody who is anybody knows that gingers look better in a muted earth tone lipstick.

Don’t be so tacky, Dwayne. As the father of a new middle schooler I know that picking shades of lipstick can be troublesome for a beginner but ask for help. The first folly that most men have when selecting a lipstick to wear while commit armed robbery is that they think they can pull off any color. You can’t. Just because you like that shade of lipstick doesn’t mean that shade of lipstick likes you. Just a fact of life.
