D2 Hoops Game Turns Into An All Out Brawl Featuring A Dude Getting Smashed In The Head With A Chair

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A brawl broke out at a basketball game between LeMoyne-Owen and Lane College this weekend.

Alumni said the teams were playing aggressive with a lot of fouls before a player got tripped and a brawl started in the first quarter.

Players began throwing punches on the court as the court was swarmed with people trying to break up the fight.

One player was even struck with a folding chair in the midst of the chaos.

The game was postponed. It’s unclear if it will be made up.

Sometimes people get wary of “brawl” videos at sports games because we’re so used to like, fake NBA tough guys getting “held back” and baseball benches emptying and everyone just standing around staring at each other for a while. Oh no no no. Not this one. Not Lemoyne-Owen vs. Lane College. This was a BRAWL, capital letters, in every sense of the word.

I mean a dude got iced with a fucking folding chair.
