(VIDEO) Red Line Radio Hosts The First Annual Special Edition Ultra Deluxe Chicago White Sox Summit
I don't know if the White Sox will win or lose today. Worth disclosing I took them on the ML for +106 because they're going against a lefty with their backs up against the wall. It's about 20 minutes out from first pitch so by the time you read this I could sound like an asshole for saying that. Even so I like this club to bounce back based on everything I know.
However, it's worth mentioning that MLB can suck a fat one for giving the White Sox a 3pm and a 1pm on the road back-to-back. That's borderline criminal behavior. These are two division champion clubs and they don't even get a window to eat a decent meal between games. That's so bush league and disrespectful. Shoutout to all the fans on both sides that can't watch because they have to work. I missed a lot of the 2015 NLDS on behalf of an employer and it still haunts me to this day. These opportunities need to be treasured and it's bullshit MLB put both clubs in this spot.
Regardless of outcome, you should enjoy the White Sox round table with the 108 guys and Ken.W.o. that comes in this weeks episode. It's worth watching so you can get a sense of the true power behind the White Sox fanbase. These guys are so authentic and legit and salt of the earth. You just want to get hammered with them and watch baseball and hang out, which happens to be their thing. Good from them. Always welcome around Barstool Chicago HQ.
As for the rest of the episode - clench your butt cheeks this week against the Raiders. We squeeze out a win and it's back to DEFCON-1 heading into Packers week. And yes that's the appropriate DEFCON level.
