On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef I went with a pretty simple dessert idea. I suggest gloves on this one, as applying Nutella to berries and melting chocolate chips can get messy. This recipe is more about the effort you show for putting it together. I see it as a post date-back to the house for a glass of wine and some strawberries with hazelnut spread, chocolate dipped, rolled in nuts, chilled straight from the fridge, style dessert.
These don’t look like a pro made them. Your lady will think thats cute. The thought here is what’s important. So Don’t worry about perfection. As long as it’s fresh, delicious and a surprise, you win. Now go excel in an area where the competition is severely slacking… The effort field.
