Jordan Bohannon’s Return to Iowa Is Great News in the Quest To Get NCAA Athletes Paid

On today's Barstool Bench Mob, it's another episode with tons of offseason news. Keyontae Johnson continues his road towards an awesome comeback story, Rick Pitino and Nate Oats play golf together, and Kim Mulkey makes a big move from Baylor to LSU. 

In addition to all of that, friend of the program Jordan Bohannon is returning for his sixth season at the University of Iowa. In case you didn't know, Bohannon is NOT a fan of the NCAA. Here's a brief sample:

With Bohannon's announcement that he is returning to the Hawkeyes, I can only imagine what ideas he has planned in order to keep putting the pressure on the NCAA when it comes to this issue. These student-athletes bust their butts day in and day out and deserve the opportunity to universally get compensated. If you go back just a couple of months ago, right before the NCAA Tournament started, Bohannon and some other players inside the Indianapolis controlled environment began the #NotNCAAProperty campaign:

With Bohannon's return to college basketball, there are a few of objectives: enjoy the heck out of your final season, make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament, and keep making progress on the quest to get student-athletes paid. There is currently more momentum than ever out there for the latter.
