I Don't Understand How Shaq Selling One Of His Houses To A Haitian Businessman For 10 Dollars Isn't A Bigger Story

(Shaq) Shaquille O’Neal is on the giving end of a huge real estate deal … ya feel?  TMZ Sports has obtained official documents which show Shaq recently sold a 3,904 square foot home near Orlando, FL to a man named Yves Paul Demesmin for a cool TEN DOLLARS.  Seriously.  Shaq signed the trustee’s deed — which was filed in California — on March 6, 2014 … giving Demesmin control of the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property.  According to public records, Shaq bought the home in 2012 for $235k.  As for Demesmin — his online profile is a bit foggy, but he appears to be a Haitian businessman who owns a tax services company in Orlando … and it goes by the motto, “The Little Man with Good Experience.”

Seriously, how fucking sketchy is this? 10 dollars for a house? And to a guy no one knows about? Why is this not a bigger story? What is Shaq hiding? What was he being blackmailed for? I need to know. Because I love Shaq but he has always seemed like a dude that had some serious skeletons. If I’m going to choose my own adventure I want to say that Yvenne Demesmin is some sort of mafioso kingpin and Shaq threw the 2004 Finals when the Lakers lost to the Pistons in exchange for Yvenne’s best whores. Then Yvenne got arrested and needed money so he told Shaq he would leak the Finals information unless he sold him his house for 10 dollars. That’s definitely what happened. Book it. Case closed.
