We Had Some More Absolutely Horrendous, Mind Blowingly Bad Players On Wheel Of Fortune Last Night

Another day, another completely preposterous game of Wheel of Fortune. Yes, I DVR it now so even if I miss it, I can go back and watch it because I get so many tweets about terrible players if something like the above happens. And last night was one of those times. It was just last week we had Chelsea, who attempted to buy vowels which had already been bought, not once but TWICE in one game. And last night we had two just baffling players, the first being the above when all she had to do was say “flowers” with an “S” on the end…because you know, there was an unturned letter on the end of that word. Like, you can’t miss it. It’s shining and 10 feet away from you, but yet she for some reason decided that last letter wasn’t needed. Also, Mary, sup? She was easily the best player on WoF in the last month, and a total rocket too.

But somehow, leaving off the S in Flowers wasn’t the most egregious WoF play of the night. That, my friends, belonged to Ricardo. Actually, what’s funny, is Ricardo made a really boneheaded play in the first puzzle of the night, but I didn’t even bother filming it. And I’m glad I didn’t because of what he did right here:

I’m even having a hard time typing how I feel about him buying an O. “On epic river cruise”? “Of epic river cruise”? I can’t even put into words how little I understand what is going through his mind when he buy an O there. Especially when there is an A that can still be bought. Like, let’s say he totally blanked under the bright lights…if you’re going to even need to buy a vowel there, for whatever reason at all, why the O instead of the A? He made Flower girl look like Albert Einstein.

So another day, another group of dummies on Wheel of Fortune. Besides Mary. She actually crushed it. And I’m not just saying that because I have a crush on her. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
