Rory McIlroy With A Look For Eagle... And He 5-Putts For Double!

Just what you’re hoping for from a guy who struggled with the flat stick last year, nice little 5-putt double. Despite being a shoo-in hall of famer in the heart of his prime, Rory finished 140th in strokes-gained putting last season. Not good. I guess technically this was a 4-putt as his first attempt was from the fringe but either way, not good.

Still beats the Big Easy.

I once 5-putted playing a 2-day stroke play event 1-on-1 against my brother. Had 25 feet for birdie, made triple. Just the two of us walking alone at Lake Forest Country Club outside St. Louis; I didn’t say a word to him the rest of the round.

This all resulted in me of course losing and having to play 18 in a full suit.

Not good.
