I’ll tell you what, KFC is great when you’re cheating on your diet. Cheat day doesn’t come too often, but when it does, I prefer KFC. Buckets of chicken, mac and cheese, delicious buttery biscuits, and of course, mashed potatoes with their classic, wonderful gravy. I could put their gravy on pretty much anything, drink it through a straw, or inject it into my buttocks with a needle. So how is it that I never even considered adding it to my bloody mary until right now???? That’s pretty genius. I already like my bloodys with some spice, some kick, some pizzaz. So why not add gravy? It’s next level stuff.

Fox News - There’s been a growing trend for stock-tails, using broth in cocktails, over the last couple of years. “Bartenders are stirring and shaking animal stock and bone broth into cocktails served warm and chilled to add a new savory element to seasonal drinking,” according to a feature from Liquor.com on the trendy drink.

KFC cooked up three varieties of this new kind of drink: the Gravy Mary, Southern Twist and Fingerlickin’ Sour, with the tagline “Gravy so good you can drink it.”

First, the Gravy Mary and it’s sister the spicy Southern Twist:

And then the Fingerlickin’ Sour, which I don’t think I’m too in on tbh:

Gravy in cocktails, why not? That last one looks kinda gross, but I suppose it could be good, you never know. But adding a dash to my morning bloody? Sign me up.
