Stefon Diggs Told Every GM At The Combine That He Was The Best WR In The Draft

It is insane Stefon Diggs dropped to the 5th round of the draft. Still bottles my mind to this day. And how so many teams with needs at WR could simply pass over him time and time and time again. I wanted the Redskins to take him so badly, but they ended up taking Jamison Crowder out of Duke in the 4th round, which has panned out decently…but not as decently as Diggs.

And as it turns out, the Redskins were told that Diggs was the best WR in the draft. In fact, every team was:

Mamma Diggs is ride or die. What a fucking boss. She could have done what most people do- make anonymous Twitter accounts and Tweet at the Ravens that Ozzie Newsome should be fired. But she just walked right up to him and let him remember the mistake he made in 2015. They took Breshad Perriman in the first round out of UCF. Let’s see how that has worked out:

Not great!

Diggs’ career has gone a little differently:

So I guess the question remains- is Diggs the best WR from the 2015 draft class? Here are the guys picked before him:

Amari Cooper came out of the gates HOT, but fell off big this year, and can’t really catch the ball, which seems important. Kevin White has yet to play any meaningful amount of time, DeVante Parker is solid but not great, and Agholor is similar. But who will be the best WR from this draft class when it’s all said and done?
