On the one hand you got a shitty franchise having a shitty season that will result in neither a good draft pick nor a playoff appearance. Just another miserable year of mediocrity. Officially put out to pasture Week 14 against a dreadful Broncos team.

On the other hand you got a shitty franchise who allowed themselves to get their hopes up as high as humanly possible. A fan base who always expects the worst who finally let themselves believe. A fan base who started talking about MVPs and Super Bowls. Only to have their hopes and dreams crushed in Week 14.

So who would you rather be? Would you rather stay down, or get up only to get shot down?
