Hall of Famer Tom Glavine, who was just 29 at the time, struck out eight Cleveland Indians over eight one-hit shutout innings. It was statistically the best postseason performance of Glavine’s career, and he toed the rubber 35 times in the postseason over 22 major league seasons.
