OddsShark Presents Glenny & The Bets
As I said last week champions succeed in the face of adversity and (Thank God) that’s exactly what I did. We went IN for a nice 3-1 week on the back of 2 MLB wins and the WNBA All-Star Game over. It feels fucking fantastic to get back on track after a 1-2 showing just 2 weeks ago. This is Stan Ross must’ve felt like after laying down a bunt to get the Brewers to 3rd place. On the back of this adrenaline we have a jam packed weekend of Major League Baseball and the Women’s National Basketball Association as all 12 teams in the league are playing tonight. Let’s get to the pick.
- Mercury/Sky Over 167.5
- This is one the most over friendly match-ups of the night as each team is 6-3 on the O/U on where they’re playing. Mercury is 6-3 on the road along with the Sky being 6-3 at home. No wonder it’s a very high total of 167.5. Hopefully Britney Griner is wearing her scoring shoes tonight.
- Wings/Storm Over 171
- 2 of the best over teams in the league. 15-8 goes up against 13-8. Big time face-off in Seattle. Sue Bird, Breanna Stewart, Skylar Diggins, Glory Johnson. STAR. STUDDED. NBAtv. Not much else to say except be there or be square.
- Rays/Yankees Over 9
- I’m thinking Evan Longoria is going to hit a couple more dingers for Dave tonight after a hearty combo of Pizza Review and a homer yesterday. I can’t get enough of that bandbox in the Bronx and according to OddsShark 83% of the action is going to the Over as opposed to that dumb ‘ole under. Cha-ching.
That’s all for me this week, folks. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to yell at me on Twitter @glenny_balls. Win some cash this weekend!
