Jennifer Lawrence Puked At A Broadway Show

P6- “The Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence lost her lunch during a performance of Olivia Wilde’s Broadway show, “1984,” on Monday night — but it wasn’t the edgy play that made the megastar sick. Page Six has previously reported that theater fans have been regularly fainting and tossing their cookies at the intense Orwellian drama at the Hudson Theatre. “Sending my love to those 4 people who fainted in the audience,” Wilde even tweeted in May with the disclaimer, “Warning: this is not your grandma’s Broadway.” The visceral reactions are apparently thanks in part to the show being “loud, and people find it shocking,” a theater pro said. “There is a particularly harrowing scene involving a rat.” But on Monday night, a source told Page Six: “Midway through the show, Jennifer Lawrence bolted from her seat. Several people saw her getting sick in the lobby. The ushers were very helpful and courteous in helping her out.”

This is such a Jennifer Lawrence story. I don’t share this opinion but there are people out there who will think Jennifer Lawrence did this just to add to her Cool Girl reputation. She is always tripping over stuff or falling down drunk in public or fan girl-ing out around the appropriate celebrities. The only way this story could be more Jennifer Lawrence is if she shit herself at this Broadway show instead puking. Then other girls would REALLY be like, “Omg she’s so open and awesome. She is brave enough to talk about pooping her pants.” Again, I’m not saying she did this for her Cool Girl reputation. It sounds like this Broadway play is some wild shit. People fainting in the aisles and having to be taken out on stretchers. I’ve never been to a Broadway play (I did see West Side Story in Cedar Rapids, Iowa though) but the last thing I wanna worry about is puking halfway through.
