A Bearded Eminem Wishes 50 Cent A Happy Birthday

First things first. Ridiculous beard on Marshall Mathers. Eminem has been clean shaven for the majority of his career so I didn’t know what his beard would look like but I didn’t think it would look like that. Like he dipped his chin in red pepper flakes. Shocking stuff.

More importantly, Eminem and 50 Cent are friendship goals to the max. Just one superstar rapper wishing another superstar rapper a happy birthday. People forget that Shday/Aftermath/G-Unit were set to take over the world. I know because I was one of their followers. I was a big Eminem and Dr. Dre fan but I was an even bigger fan of their protege, 50 Cent. Dude EXPLODED onto the scene with “In Da Club” and it was a wrap from there. Get Rich or Die Tryin’ is my favorite hip hip record of all time. I loved Lloyd Banks. I loved Young Buck. I tolerated Tony Yayo and eventually fully embraced him. But 50 was always the guy. You know music can transcend situation when a kid from eastern Iowa is bumping songs by a bullet proof vest -wearing dude from Jamaica, Queens. I love 50 Cent and always will.
