OK Gordon Hayward Is FOR REAL A Celtic After A Wild Day
What a goddamn relief! This was by far one of the wildest, stressful days in Celtics recent history. Sources here, sources there, nobody knew what to believe. Were the Celtics in it? Was Hayward just trying to save face? Did Pat Riley really pull this off? My mind like yours went in every direction without hesitation. Good, reliable, national NBA writers seemed to have been duped, but then in all reality they weren’t!
Had the Celtics not come away with Hayward I don’t know how they recover from that PR. But thankfully, we do not have to worry about that because in THIS world, Ainge and Brad got their man. In reading this piece, I have a couple favorite parts

When things are crazy who does he look to for guidance? Yes that’s right. Our very own Boy Wonder. I can’t echo this enough from my blog earlier today, Brad Stevens is 100% a recruiting asset. In fact, he is the most important asset this franchise has. Brad Stevens brought us this whale, like we all hoped he would.
