Source- A Brooklyn Park woman is in the Anoka County Jail after allegedly spraying Mace through the drive-thru window at a Coon Rapids Wendy’s Thursday afternoon. According to the criminal complaint, 25-year-old Eiram Chanel Amir Dixson is facing a felony charge of using tear gas to immobilize-not while protecting self/property. That carries a maximum sentence of 0 to 5 years in prison and/or a $3,000 to $10,000 fine.
According to the criminal complaint, Coon Rapids police were dispatched to the Wendy’s at 8780 University Avenue at about 12:22 p.m. Thursday after a report of a disturbance between a customer and employees. The release states all three employees told the same story. Dixson is alleged to have come through the drive-thru window, ordered food and requested her French Fries be fresh. Employees allege she then began arguing and reportedly tried to reach through the drive-thru window. One of the employees threw a soda at her before Dixson allegedly went back into her car, grabbed Mace and started spraying in through the window.
This is the ultimate example of knowing how to pick your battles or more importantly how to pick your mace victims. I’m not using my mace on a Wendy’s employee that served me stale fries. A stale cheeseburger or nuggets from Wendys? Maybe. But not Wendys french fries. How do you even know that Wendys fries are stale anyway? They always taste kinda stale anyway. Now if I go to Mickey D’s and those fries are stale and cold, you better believe I am using mace on everybody in the place. Maybe even the customers too. Hell I may even use mace on Feitelberg and Intern Tom for saying that McDonald’s fries were overrated on this week’s KFC Radio. McDonald’s fries are the king of the fast food game, even though they become downright inedible once they become cold limp dick fries. But macing a bunch of people for stale Wendys fries? They aren’t worth the skin off my knuckles let alone a few sprays of my mace, which I imagine isn’t all that cheap. And a quick look at this chick’s sad ass eyes tell the tale that she knows I am right and she was wrong.
Obligatory repost of that video of kids getting pepper sprayed last week just because.
