Will DeShaun Watson Be The New Jaguars Quarterback After Tonight Is Over?

I dont know. All I know is that it seems like a ton of smoke going into the night.

The Jaguars have long said they feel like they are in the position to win now. They have playmakers on offense and Bortles certainly had a terrible season last year.

You gotta think that the front office watched plays like these all offseason and would prefer someone with Watson highlights instead of Bortles lowlights.

The Jaguars haven’t picked up Bortle’s 5th-year option so that’s pretty telling about their level of confidence in him. Earlier this week, Jaguars’ head coach Doug Marrone said,

I dont think that the Jaguars go QB at 4 but 2nd or 3rd-round at the latest, they have to. If you’re gonna go with QB at 4, I hope it’s Watson.
