Former WWE Superstar Rosey, Roman Reigns' Brother, Passes Away

24wrestling-Former WWE Superstar Matt “Rosey” Anoa’i passed away on Monday at the age of 47. Matt was the older brother to RAW Superstar Roman Reigns.

Several of Matt’s friends have taken to Facebook and Twitter in the last 12 hours to remember. No word yet on what led to the former WWE Tag Team Champion passing but he was due to hospitalized due to congestive heart failure back in 2014.

Man, this sucks. I was a huge fan of Rosey when he was tag teaming with Hurricane. They were the perfect superhero odd couple, and I’d be lying if I didn’t recently draw inspiration from them in pitching myself and Clem as Barstool’s newest duo. Rosey was on the first wrestling show I ever went to, the RAW after WrestleMania XX, and I’ll always remember that. RIP in peace, and condolences to the (really fuckin’ big) Anoa’i family.
