Don't You Dare Smile On Zack Kassian's Ice
Oh boy! This is so much fun! Playing the game I love on the biggest stage at the highest level! It sure would be swell to win but I’m just happy to have this incredible experience!

Poor Tomas Hertl. Still so young. Still so naive. Thinks this is all just fun and games. That is, of course, until Zack Kassian reminded him that they’re in a war and wiped that smirk right off his face.
And as for Kassian, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player completely reinvent themselves in a playoff series like this guy has. I wrote the blog on Saturday morning already calling him the Conn Smythe winner. It was more or less of a joke as we at Barstool Sports [dot] com like to have a little fun around here. Sports, comedy, smut, you know, dude stuff. But then he went out last night and continued to build his resume. Had 2 enormous hits and a shorthanded goal on Friday night. Then last night he scored the only goal of the game to give Edmonton the 2-1 lead in the series.
First time the Oilers have been in the playoffs in 10 years. And it’s not Connor McDavid being the difference maker. It’s not Ryan Nugent-Hopkins or Jordan Eberle or Leon Draisaitl. It’s this beauty right here.
