An Easter Sunday miracle. The Wizards are hosting a first round opener for the first time in 38 years. It’s almost crazy to think about how bad you have to be for that to be true, but that’s the life of a Bullets/Wizards fan. But it’s also pretty cool. The turnaround the Wiz made from missing the playoffs last year, to starting 2-8, to finishing 49-33 and getting the 4 seed in the East. Brad Beal stayed healthy and excelled, the faith in Markieff Morris and Otto paid off, and John Wall elevated his game to MVP-type levels (if not for those pesky guys in the West, of course). So what we have now is a very likable Wizards team vs that bitch Dwight Howard and the Hawks. No sweat at all.
