RIP In Peace Charlie Murphy

Rest in peace to one of the greatest storytellers of all time, Charlie Murphy. Dead at the age of 57 from Leukemia. I didnt even know he was sick. No bullshit, zero exaggeration, the True Hollywood Stories of Prince and Rick James are two of the greatest stories ever told. When you break down life for guys like us, telling stories is what its all about. Standing around at the bar spinning yarns. Waking up hungover in the morning recapping the previous night. Exaggerating a bit for dramatic effect. Picking your words wisely. Just telling a tale. Thats what we do. Thats what makes life interesting.

The difference being that Charlie Murphy is one of the best to ever do it, and lived through some of the best stories of all time too. I mean those parties that he and Eddie were at have to legitimately be some of the greatest gatherings the world has ever seen. And the tales of Prince and Rick James were so preposterous you’d think they were scripted.

He was Buc Nasty, one of the most prestigious Playa Haters of the Year. CB4 was a FIRE movie. And a full career doing stand up. One of the best to ever do it. RIP Charlie Murphy.
