But we’ve already lost Steven Matz for about the first month of the season and Seth Lugo is on the shelf to start the year. But that’s just life as a Mets fan. The Amazin’s usually give us that glimmer of hope with an Opening Day win followed by the terrifying lows, the dizzying highs, and the creamy middles.</p><p>At least for today we can all enjoy my favorite part of the season: When thousands of people in Citi Field and millions at home boo the ever lasting shit out of Ray Ramirez when he is announced during the pregame Opening Day introductions.</p><div id="Article-Ad-Placeholder" data-union-ad></div><p>92-70.
