I can’t believe baseball is back. Feels like Game 7 was a second ago but I guess this is what it feels like to have the shortest offseason possible. Unchartered territory. The Cubs are defending World Series Champions, a sentence I still can’t quite believe. And now we turn the page starting tonight in St. Louis. I’m so excited to watch this team defend their title. Just look at this fucking lineup.

Rake City. So it starts tonight. Opening Day is always so weird because you get so hyped up then the next day you remember there are still 161 more games to go, but tonight I’m letting myself stay hyped. Go Cubs Go.
